- I wasn't able to find any weld-on aluminum jack, but I was able to find the Stabilizer Jack # TJ01RT which sounds like it could be what you're looking for.
This jack uses a spring lever to adjust the leg height, and uses the trailer's weight as tension to keep it locked in place. You can see this in the video I've linked, starting at 1:12.
